Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description:
Our client, a top insurance company, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner. The primary functions of this role is to implement strategies to recruit, develop and retain a talented and diversified team of associates that align with the company values.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements a strategy with management for talent acquisition and retention that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Provides consultation and support in all functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, DE&I, organizational development, training, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, payroll and special projects.
Develops a recruitment pipeline for a diversified pool of quality candidates including the full candidate experience from sourcing, to scheduling to offer.
Leads and collaborates with executive management in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
Participates in the development and dissemination of associate communications.
Creates, leads and evaluates the effectiveness of internal people programs designed for a fast paced environment.
Plans and delivers initiatives for our associates either in a remote, hybrid or in person setting, which provide professional development that is aligned with our company goals. Also plans and delivers initiatives to support our corporate values and enhance morale
Works with the Total Rewards team to provide a market-based, quality associate benefits program that helps attract and retain talent.
Works with affiliate partner to ensure all records are included in the HRIS, and utilizes the data in an effective manner.
Conducts exit interviews and identifies trends to deliver to management.
Remains informed of human resources trends affecting the corporation and updates management as appropriate.
Education Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and seven years experience in human resources. Professional certification preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Desired Background/Skills:
Position requires knowledge in one or more functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, training, employee relations, or compensation; proven ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; clear and effective communication skills include verbal and written and interpersonal skills; ability to resolve problems and use independent judgment.
