Treasury Administrative Assistant


Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a skilled Treasury Administrative Assistant to add to their team! This individual will provide support to the Treasury department with scanning and organizing banking documents. You will represent the Department to internal/external customers and assists Department Team Members as needed. This is a full time, contract opportunity!


Responsibilities:


  • Disassemble banking documents to be scanned into the system and reassembled.

  • Organize hard copies of banking documents after scanned.

  • Organize the Network Drive with soft copies of documents

  • Create folders when needed to keep banking documents organized and easily found.

  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, documents, presentations, emails and faxes. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as necessary.

  • Update and maintain key spreadsheets, contact lists, and various department reports

  • Research and gather information from various internal/external sources

  • Organize and maintain department files

  • Perform special projects as requested


Education Requirements:


  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Previous Administrative experience preferred.

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to learn other software programs as required

    • Background in executive secretarial area and/or office management.

    • Strong time management and communication skills

    • Perform functions with a high degree of ethics and confidentiality

    • Sense of urgency
