Technology Account Manager

Job Description:

Greene Resources is adding a motivated Technology Account Manager to our internal team. This individual will primarily be responsible for maintaining, building, and expanding relationships with our existing clients to grow our Technical Solutions recruiting division. If you are a sales-oriented professional who values building lasting relationships and client satisfaction, this could be a great opportunity for you!


  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with our clients? IT Departments to facilitate staffing needs by meeting with appropriate hiring managers

  • Lead efforts to acquire additional revenue streams from existing clientele through networking events and client outreach

  • Act as point of contact for the hiring managers during job order creation and fulfillment

  • Create awareness of recruiting program, discuss talent supply and demand, and conduct regular reviews with technology business units

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in building lasting business relationships

  • Self-motivated and able to work as a member of a team


  • Proven work experience as a Technology Account Manager or relevant role in the technology field

  • Knowledge of IT and Technical roles

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Experience leading sales presentations
