Technical Support Analyst


Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of contingent workforce solutions and advisory services, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team! This is a full tie, contract role based in Raleigh, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Deployment of Office 365 applications to Windows and Apple (iPhone, iPad) devices

  • Planning and sending end user communication

  • Planning and executing of roll out

  • Coordinating and aligning roll out with other site administrators

  • Troubleshooting technical issues with the deployment

  • Training of support team and help desk team (Transfer know how)

  • Documentation of process and reporting to management

  • Help with project planning and project execution


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Experience with Windows and Apple Operating Systems

  • Knowledge/Experience with Software and Hardware setup and troubleshooting, including wireless networks

  • Experience with computer Peripherals and their interfaces

  • Experience with PC Products (Desktop, Notebook, and Tablets)

  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in technical support
