Job Description:

Greene Resources is hiring an experienced Technical Search Consultant (TSC) to join our team! As a TSC, you will be responsible for building a network of exceptional IT professionals through networking, social media, and calls/emails. Your goal as a TSC will be to identify and present qualified talent against open positions and market talent to hiring managers. As a TSC, you will be accountable for meeting recruiting and sales metrics.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and update recruiting strategies to identify top technical talent with a goal to exceed client expectations

  • Ensure client expectations are met with quality of candidate submissions, fill ratios, and response time

  • Develop working relationships with client managers to ensure fulfillment of open requisitions

  • Ensure excellent customer service is achieved for client managers, applicants, employees and team members

  • Provide outstanding follow-up and documentation for client managers, applicants, employees and team members

  • Communicate extensively with Director of Recruiting Solutions regarding client specific issues and needs

  • Attend relevant networking events that could be before or after typical work hours

  • Present top talent to companies that hire this type of resource

  • Accurately document daily sales and recruiting activity in applicant tracking system

  • Meet weekly recruiting goals

  • Identify companies that could utilize recruiting support

  • Implement recruiting best practices and ensure SOP's are being followed appropriately.

  • Maintain a pipeline of talent for relevant positions


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting related position; preferably in a technology recruiting position

    • Demonstrated experience meeting goals and sales quota

    • Self confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts

    • Skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client)

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

    • Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and email communication
