Talent Management & Training Coordinator


Job Description:

Our client, one of the nation's largest health and employee benefits company, is looking to hire a Talent Management & Training Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. The Talent Management & Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting for all company-wide Talent Management & Training initiatives. This role will also work closely with the other Corporate Development teams. This is a great opportunity for those who are flexible, have a ?can-do? attitude, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment, as there will be a range of key responsibilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage enrollments for all training programs

  • Maintain calendars for training programs

  • Coordinate use of conference rooms including set-up and clean-up of conference rooms, managing presenters and materials for each session and acting as onsite event manager

  • Coordinating pre-training/post-training communications (surveys, pre-work, etc.)

  • Organize and lead social events

  • Evaluate and make recommendations for enhancements to our existing programs based on feedback received

  • Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluations of training curriculum

  • Become familiar with LMS functionality and assist in content development as needed

  • Track course and session enrollments for online and in-person trainings

  • Monitor and create reports on LMS utilization, participation and certifications

  • Regularly monitor and update training content on intranet and LMS

  • Maintain current inventory, research and purchase new books, mail books requested

  • Track and manage required company training

  • Assist with the tracking and reporting of Training & Development KPIs, to include, program participation, training hours, etc.

  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained

  • Act as an administrator of HCM System, Workday, to input and track data for Talent Management related tasks and initiatives


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree preferred (HR, Training or Talent Development)


Desired Background/Skills:


  • 2 Years of business experience, preferred.


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
