Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description:
Our client, a global clinical research organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager! The TA Manager works independently to lead the companys talent acquisition strategy globally. They will be developing and leading effective and market leading strategies for the attraction, sourcing, screening, selection and appointment of high caliber candidates for the company.
Responsibilities:
Oversees and continuously improves an effective global recruitment process
Leads and coordinates a team of Recruiting professionals, maintains an awareness of recruitment activity and resolves issues as they arise
Works closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to ensure that recruitment needs are anticipated and met
Proactively provides advice to key stakeholders on creative recruitment strategy and processes
Compiles and provides analysis of data and performance metrics, taking action to anticipate changing needs or trends and identify continuously evolving opportunities to improve
Ensures that the candidate experience is high and presents a consistent and positive corporate image
Takes a personal lead on senior level and other key vacancies including sourcing of candidates, screening, interview scheduling and communicating offers as required
Ensures that the recruiting team is effectively resourced and provides coaching and skills development as required
Act as system owner for relevant recruitment systems ensuring that they are designed, maintained and up to date with Worldwide needs
Manages 3rd party provider relationships ensuring that there is a strong strategic relationship and that partners have a clear understanding of WCT and its potential requirements
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Desired Background/Skills:
Strong communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels and functions both internally and externally
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and support the team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to drive the recruitment process, assertive and able to gain respect as a trusted advisor
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to analyze and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
Good business acumen and strong critical thinking skills
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience plus in excess of 8+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
At least 2+ years of experience managing recruiters ideally in a global company
Experience of having worked in a related environment, whilst not essential, will be an advantage
Experience motivating and leading others
