Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Job Description:

Our client is hiring Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to our recruiters during multiple phases of the recruitment cycle. This includes marketing and advertising support, logistical support for candidate interviews, administration of background verifications, and other administrative responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition organization and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator interacts closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and their administrative assistants and are expected organize interviews and ensure they provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience every time.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform administrative and logistical functions to support the interview phase of the recruitment life cycle

  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and the interviewing teams through Microsoft Outlook and the applicant tracking system

  • Schedule interviews via phone, video or in person while securing the appropriate space as needed; manage schedule changes in a timely and efficient manner with appropriate notification to all parties

  • Greet and escort candidates for interviews

  • Provide outstanding service and creating a positive interaction with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams throughout the interview scheduling process

  • Maintain data accuracy within applicant tracking system ensuring real-time information entry

  • Provide support with job advertisements, social media presence and internal job postings including support of the employee referral bonus program

  • Process background verifications and follow up with vendors and candidates regarding outstanding verification issues

  • Assist recruiters and recruitment managers with other miscellaneous recruitment tasks as requested which may include assisting with different projects, coordinating and attending recruitment events (registration, catering, packing/shipping materials, communicate details to attendees prior to the event, assist with advertising, etc.)

  • Reconcile and assist candidates with expense reimbursement as needed


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of relevant experience working in an administrative or support capacity required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Must possess strong communication, organization and customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast paced, virtual environment and constantly changing schedules

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and able to create productive and effective relationships

  • You are proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word


Qualifications:


  • Experience with scheduling across multiple time zones preferred

  • Experience in a related industry such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research preferred
