Sr. Systems Support Analyst


Job Description:

Our client, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an IT professional with at least 5-7 years' experience in PC support and customer service. This individual should have extensive background in system updates, imaging configuration, troubleshooting, and desk side support. You will also need to be self-motivated to work without close supervision, and have strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform laptop imaging

  • Work Exchange Server

  • Heat Ticketing

  • Be available for PC Laptop Break/Fix assistance

  • Peripheral configuration

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:


  • Associates Degree or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 5 - 7 Years' Experience (minimum)

    • A+ Certified

    • Active Directory

    • Proficient in Apple Devices

    • Office 2010, 2013 and Win 7, 10 experience

    • Mobile Iron experience

    • Working knowledge of Share Point and Druva

    • Experience with LAN/WAN TCP/IP, McAfee, CUCM
