Job Description:

The Sr. Resource Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the client is guaranteed the best quality candidates, at the best rate, while maintaining the integrity of the program. This position works directly with client hiring managers HR Managers to discuss recruiting needs, manage open requisitions, obtain candidate and employee feedback, and address any concerns in a timely manner. The Resource Administrator works directly with the vendor to build strong relationships and ensure that the quality of candidates submitted meets the job requirements of the opening. Additionally, if the candidate(s) submitted are not consistently reflective of the necessary skill sets and experience, the Resource Administrator works with the vendor(s) to ensure improvement in quality and/or recommends the vendor for review by the Performance Manager.


  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR Managers within assigned divisions to forecast recruiting needs and discuss position openings.

  • Address urgent requests provided by client contacts (hiring managers, HR managers, VPs, divisional directors, etc.) in a timely manner. Communicate these urgent situations with Performance Manager.

  • Provide on-call availability for emergency needs from the client.

  • Ensure standards are met for number of days allowed for screening to be started by a vendor, start instructions to be provided by hiring manager before escalation process is initiated.

  • Ensure standards are met for number of days allowed before vendor submits candidates or feedback is providing by the hiring manager before escalation process is initiated.

  • Manage recruiting process from the requisition to the fulfillment of the position.

  • Conduct in-take calls with hiring managers to discuss the exact requirements for all open requisitions.

  • Open requisitions in the vendor management system, erecruit, to communicate openings to appropriate vendors.

  • Review submittals to either submit to the client or reject to the vendor and process candidates per division?s requests.

  • Obtain offer information from hiring manger to communicate to vendors.

  • Maintain accuracy of candidate status in erecruit.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Managers to obtain performance feedback and facilitate corrective action and/or terminations.

  • Work with hiring manager, vendor and Greene HR department for all terminations.

  • Confirm eligibility of current or past contingent workers to vendors.

  • Constantly providing opportunities for creating efficiencies within the program.

  • The role of the Resource Administrator is not limited to the above and is subject to other duties and tasks assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Required

Desired Background/Skills:


    • At least 1-2 years experience in recruiting and/or vendor on premise experience.

    • MS Office proficient (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

    • Experience in handling personnel issues.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Strong desire to drive process improvement and quality assurance.

    • Strong customer service skills.
