Job Description:

With our Productivity Staffing division continuing to experience growth, we at Greene are seeking an experienced Search Consultant to support our clients' workforce needs to recruit top talent in the areas of manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and production. Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensures all job openings are filled by writing complete job orders with detailed job descriptions and payroll information.

  • Proactively recruit quality candidates in preparation of potential orders, pre-screening and interviewing applicants.

  • Ensures applicant satisfaction with Greene Resources and resolves customer dissatisfaction.

  • Ensures own understanding of Greene Resources by knowing and being able to communicate Greene Resources' mission, vision, goals, processes, procedures, as well as features and benefits.

  • Maintains historical HR records by keeping past and current applications documented and filed, documenting all job orders, and recording all events surrounding applicants and employees.

  • Maintains updated client information by updating client information in database and a client "hard copy" folder and ensuring billing information is returned to the accounting department.

  • Maintains involvement in sales efforts by generating new ideas and attempting to get sales leads from daily contacts with clients and employees and forwarding leads to the Director of Client Development.

  • Maintains ongoing recruiting efforts by writing and posting ads for various online and offline publications and resources, working with community agencies, attending job fairs, and implementing various programs.

  • Assists in the completion of weekly payroll for employees by confirming receipt of all timesheets and notifying accounting of all new hires.

  • Contributes to the entire company effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including but not limited to needed recruiting efforts, job order processing efforts and administrative duties to assist other teams and divisions.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:


  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience preferred

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience with recruiting methods and client relations, preferably in the areas of manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and production.


Qualifications:


  • Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Knowledge of how to use a personal computer and various software packages

  • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills
