Job Description:

Our client in Morrissville, NC, is seeking a Retention Specialist to add to their team. This individual will be making outbound calls to existing and new customers for business growth, as well as provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Project a positive attitude and image to clients and potential clients

  • Understand how the retention process works

  • Must be self-motivated, willing and knowledgeable of our client's products and services

  • Capable of working and effectively using multiple company-wide resources, and departments with ease

  • Must be able to make 80 - 100 outbound phone calls per day

  • Develop, implement, and follow through of strategies to meet personal and department goals

  • Organization and ability to complete and submit documentation, paperwork and reports in a timely manner

  • Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
