Job Description:

Our client, located in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Executive to add to their growing team! This individual will be responsible for expanding our client's customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of their company. You will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our client's objectives and contribute to the client's success in the long run. This is a full time, direct hire position.


  • Sell to new accounts on the client's targeted list of potential clients

  • Deepen and grow existing client relationships that are assigned

  • Expand volume, revenue and product

  • Insure clients are aware of the full product offering that our client provides and the benefits of each

  • Establish and maintain multiple points of contact within each organization and market location

  • Make sure contact list is maintained and accurate

  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their needs

  • Schedule and execute Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Review service, products, discuss new items improvement areas

  • Understand and stay up to date with client's plans on a quarterly, annual and multi-year basis

  • Suggest and implement ideas to increase sales and improve value to the client

  • Resolve problems and handle complaints/opportunities in a timely manner

  • Identify new potential clients/leads and document as required

  • On-Board new clients with Sales support team

  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met on orders

  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve client experience

  • Participate in targeted associations HBA's to drive awareness of the client's brand and capabilities

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Proven work experience in sales

    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators

    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
