Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiting Manager to manage the recruiting activity on-site for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding for potential contract employees in the pre-employment phase. This position is also responsible for providing direction to professional recruiters and support personnel. In addition, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for understanding current and future workforce needs and implementing improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection. In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs for high volume recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of professional recruiters and recruiting support staff to ensure regular deadlines are met and recruiting classes are filled

  • Ensure staffing requests are complete and all necessary information is provided by the client

  • Oversee entire recruiting process, including position advertising, responding to applicants, maintaining a candidate pipeline, conducting face-to-face interviews, evaluating skill assessments, and extending offers

  • Create and submit new hire training class rosters

  • Maintain effective and timely communication methods with candidates, employees, and client leadership

  • Seek out new cost saving advertising venues to attract new talent

  • Recruit for appropriate overage to account for additional attrition throughout the on-boarding process

  • Maintain customer (employee, client, and co-worker) satisfaction with the recruiting, screening, and placement activities

  • Manage and update appropriate recruiting tracking sheets


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Qualifications:


    • 3-4 years of recruiting and supervisory experience

    • Experience with recruiting methods and client relations

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

    • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Experience working within an ATS
