The Technology Solutions Recruiting Manager at Greene Resources will successfully manage setting goals to fill positions and lead the continued growth of this division. As a Technology Solutions Recruiting Manager, you will be able to directly impact the overall continued growth of the company and contribute the professional growth of the recruiting team. Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Technology Recruiters in reaching individual and team goals

  • Provide strategic direction in recruiting best practices to identify top technical talent

  • Meet with client development team to understand client recruiting needs and determine appropriate recruiting strategy

  • Develop weekly and daily recruiting goals and follow up with individual recruiters to address and provide guidance to challenges that may arise

  • Implement recruiting best practices and ensure SOP's are being followed appropriately

  • Develop recruiting benchmarks and hold recruiters accountable for meeting recruiting metrics

  • Determine positions that require a pipeline of talent

  • Provide continued training and development on recruiting tools and search strategies

  • Attend new client meetings and maintain relationships with select current clients


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required


Desired Background/Skills:


  • A minimum of two (2) years of management or team lead experience in the recruiting industry

  • A minimum of three (3) years of technology recruiting or sales experience


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience setting recruiting goals and holding recruiters accountable for reaching these goals

  • Account or client management experience

  • Skilled in establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client)

  • Knowledge of current technology trends

  • Proven success rapidly building rapport with customers and employees

  • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and email communication

  • Strong internet search capabilities and knowledge of relevant software packages
