Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our internal hiring needs by sourcing and phone interviewing top talent for our growing organization. Successful candidates will have the ability and drive to assist in recruiting efforts for our internal openings as well as support our Professional Recruiting department through sourcing, phone screening, and interview coordination.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify candidates by reviewing resumes from various sources for professional positions in the areas of human resources, recruiting, accounting/finance, marketing, and office administration.

  • Contact candidates by phone and conduct a detailed interview.

  • Utilize good judgment to determine if candidate and position are a good match.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills while speaking with candidates during interviews as well as with fellow team members.

  • Meet consistent daily recruiting goals and metrics.

  • Ensure excellent customer service is achieved for applicants, employees and team members.

  • Provide outstanding follow-up and documentation for managers, applicants, employees, and team members.

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree

    Qualifications:


    • Customer service experience in a fast paced environment.

    • Ability to work independently, while contributing as an effective team member.

    • Ability to work over-time hours on a consistent basis to meet recruiting goals.

    • Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work within company database.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational skills; ability to maintain effective documentation within company database.

    • Prior experience in hiring or recruiting preferred.
