Recruiting Coordinator


Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Recruiting Team at one of Greene Resources on-site accounts in all operational activities regarding hiring needs. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting candidates with full scope on-boarding process, compiling daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports, and assisting the recruiting team to ensure client and candidate satisfaction and support. At Greene Resources, we highly value our relationships with others. As part of this process, the Recruiting Coordinator will develop and maintain good working relationships with our client and all company employees. Part of maintaining these relationships will involve having excellent communication skills and being able to work as a team player.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage full scope of the new-hire on-boarding process

  • Track and assist with new hire paperwork

  • Perform background screening on new employee

  • Update the HR database with new hire placements

  • Prepare materials for new hire orientation

  • Assist with all new hire inquiries

  • Run reports and maintain data in internal database

  • Ensure excellent customer service is achieved for applicants, employees, and team members

  • Provide outstanding follow-up and documentation for managers, applicants, employees, and team members

      Qualifications:


      • Previous experience in and HR or administrative field

      • Excellent organizational skills

      • Strong Miscrosoft Office Suite skills

      • Strong ability to work independently and effectively

      • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills

      • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and e-mail communications

      • Strong attention to detail
