Job Description:

Our Client in Raleigh, NC is experiencing rapid growth, and is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our clients' hiring needs by recruiting top talent for their organization. Successful candidates will have the ability and drive to support recruiting efforts and high volume recruiting projects. This position requires some weekend shifts. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.


  • Work creatively to source candidates for job openings.

  • In-market events and recruiting to fill positions.

  • Utilize online resources and company SOPs to identify and screen potential qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate with team for scheduling, screening, and assisting with candidates.

  • Operate in a fast paced environment while meeting and exceeding the company goals.

  • Work effectively as a team member to strategize and execute a recruiting plan.

  • Assist with the on-boarding process.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions.

  • Desire to research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends.

  • Strong computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working within a database.

  • Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work over-time hours to contribute to recruiting efforts and management for large projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to maintain effective documentation in accordance with company policies and SOP's.


  • Past experience preferred in recruiting, sourcing, and/or staffing.

  • Drive and passion to connect candidates and clients and make the best match for both.

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; must be able to establish priorities and work independently.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member.

  • Capable of handling and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
