Job Description:

Our client, in Cary, NC, is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to add to their team! This individual will be providing support to our client's internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes. This is a full time, contract position.


  • Provide back up for incoming calls. Answer calls, forward and/or take messages when necessary.

  • Set up and maintain client/job files.

  • Perform HUB listing/reporting for applicable jobs.

  • Process pay applications for owner.

  • Type correspondence as needed.

  • Assist with data entry as needed.

  • Maintain Marketing Database.

  • Prepare sales tax report, if required.

  • Maintain pay applications.

  • Issue contracts/purchase orders (PO) as requested by the project manager.

  • Create subcontract cover sheet listing all pertinent information for sub contracts.

  • Review specifics for information about contracts.

  • Issue request for Payment and Performance Bonds.

  • Review notice to bidders, instructions to bidders, general conditions, and supplementary general conditions.

  • Prepare closeout of Projects as required by owner and/or contract.

  • Provide support to project manager including data entry.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Experience with Procore.

    • Highly proficient with MS Office software, Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.

    • Ability to communicate and influence at various levels within the organization.

    • Driven and has a desire to learn.
