Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a skilled Performance Manager to add to our team! This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client managers. The ideal Manager will ensure quality and timeliness of candidate submissions, employee relations for on-site contingent workforce, compliance, and daily involvement with operational activities. The Performance Manager also manages an internal team consisting of a Resource Administrator, Sr. Resource Administrator, and Human Resources Coordinator. They will ensure the placement process, from start to finish, is timely and efficient and all employees are sufficiently supported once placed. The Performance Manager also provides advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity!


Responsibilities:


  • Strengthen manager relationships to ensure fulfillment and present solutions to resolve customer issues.

  • Create and cultivate a highly motivated workforce and positive team-oriented culture.

  • Assess processes to improve efficiency regarding candidate submittals and onboarding.

  • Assist in facilitating the transition of the account by implementing new processes, procedures, and policies.

  • Administer evaluations and performance reviews for team members.

  • Prepare and present solutions to address client and employee needs

  • Provide oversight in the quality of candidate submissions from vendor partners, and ensure submissions comply with requisitions deadlines.

  • Investigate issues, settle employee concerns, and follow up with employees to resolve difficult situations and determine an appropriate solution.

  • Resolve employee relations issues by collaborating with human resources on disciplinary action and process terminations when necessary.

  • Liaison with company and client regarding work related injuries, co-employment and risk issues.

  • Provide afterhours emergency support for contract employees and client managers.

  • Reduce turnover and absenteeism through effective mentoring and coaching of employees; ensuring immediate follow-up on all attendance compliance issues and periodic review of policies and procedures for consistency of application.

  • Liaison with client hiring managers, human resources department, and appropriate vendors.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.

    • Staffing industry and vendor management preferred .

    • PHR preferred.

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

    • Successfully establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

    • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and Internet (email) communication.

    • Skilled in establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client).

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

    • Strong knowledge of various computer software packages, including strong MS Word and Excel skills.
