Part-Time Receptionist


Job Description:

Our client, an esteemed property management team in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a positive and professional Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist must be dedicated, personable, and committed to excellence. The biweekly schedule for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the first week, and Thursday and Friday the second week. Hours 9am-5pm with partial benefits


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and direct or arrange for escorts who can direct a guest to the appropriate area

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers

  • Assist in managing the schedules of board rooms or meeting areas

  • Deal with queries from the public and customers

  • Maintain knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Maintain filing system

  • Assist staff as requested in tasks to include, but not limited to: stuffing envelopes, making copies, assembling booklets, etc.


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task


Qualifications:


  • Ability to understand and operate a wide range of office technology (telephones, personal computers, e-mail, fax and copy machines)
