Part Time Receptionist


Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to add to their team! This individual will work at the front desk to greet customers, make appointments, assist with letters and mailing, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a contract to hire opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests as they walk in

  • Make appointments for team members

  • Packing and shipping (Ebay purchases)

  • Help with some appraisal letters

  • Client support via email, phone, and receptionist responsibilities

  • Receive and direct incoming calls for the team

  • Maintain company calendar

  • Maintain organized office, including ordering of supplies

  • Manage client and office mailings

  • Receive client documents through a digital portal

  • Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Prior experience in a client service position

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Positive, outgoing personality

    • Able to answer multi-line phone

    • Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
