Part Time HR Assistant


Job Description:

Our client, a non profit in Raleigh, is seeking a Part Time, HR Assistant to join their team! The HR Assistant would be responsible for maintaining a virtual office while assisting with HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager. This is a part time, 8 week contract assignment that will provide 25 hours/week.


Responsibilities:


  • Virtual filing.

  • Scheduling interviews.

  • Reference checks.

  • Sending offer letters.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 1-3 years of HR and Administrative experience.

    • Comfort working a mixture of remote and onsite.
