Part-Time Administrative Assistant


Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to add to their team! In this position you will perform data entry, provide customer service and perform other administrative duties as assigned. This is a part-time opportunity that will work around 2 days per week for 6 - 8 hours and fill in as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Enter data accurately

  • Serve as back up for the Front Desk Receptionist

  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, and availability

  • Perform a variety of other administrative tasks


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Motivated team player

    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems: Word, Excel, Internet usage
