On-Site Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking an On-Site Human Resources Coordinator to support the On-Site Performance Manager and Resource Administrators in Burlington, NC in all operational activities with one of our large client partners. This individual will generating reports, stream line processes and provide support in a number of areas. This is a full time, contract position that offers competitive benefits.


  • Completing client reports on a routine basis

  • Assisting with administrative support to the on-site team

  • Follow up on questions regarding payroll

  • Work on special projects as assigned

  • Act as liaison between payrolling vendor and candidate in states that are applicable

  • Assist Resource Administrators with contacting vendors for compliance documents

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical

    • Ability to multi-task well

    • Advanced working knowledge of excel is required (must know VLookUps)

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Excellent time management skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written correspondence

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Troubleshooting skills
