Job Description:

Our client, a business IT solutions company, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team! The Office Manager is responsible for monitoring all activities related to Accounts Payable and serve as the Office Manager for the office. This is a full time, direct hire position based in Raleigh, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor emails to the AP department and communicate with vendors as needed.

  • Set up new Vendors in Netsuite ERP system and collect appropriate tax forms.

  • Enter vendor bills in Netsuite ERP system.

  • Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts and departments.

  • Audit invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Match company credit card charges with receipts and enter charges in Netsuite ERP system.

  • Review and code expense reports to correct general ledger accounts and departments.

  • Manage inventory for office, kitchen and shipping supplies.

  • Keep conference room, common areas and kitchen tidy and stocked.

  • Main point of contact for the building property management and all office vendors.

  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings both in an outside the office such as team get-togethers, business dinners, holiday events, etc.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Accounts Payable or Accounting experience

    • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

    • Ability to work in a collaborative, team based environment and be detail oriented and organized

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Strong ability to speak and write clearly and concisely

    • Proficient computer skills.
