Job Description:

Our client, based in the RTP area, is seeking a professional Office Manager to add to their team. This individual will assist executives in increasing their productivity by performing administrative duties as needed. This is a full time, contract opportunity.


  • Provide administrative support for executives

  • Answer telephones and announce callers

  • Greet and announce visitors

  • Schedule appointments and reconfirm appointments

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Prepare correspondence

  • Order office supplies

  • Coordinate vendor services for company meetings

  • Arrange meeting details

  • Other general office tasks

Education Requirements:

  • BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-sufficiently

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Experience with office management, facilities operations and employee relations

    • Experience arranging meetings, events and outings for large groups

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
