Job Description:

Our client, a multi-location landscape supply company, is seeking an Office Manager! The Office Manager is to ensure that the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include managing communications between all parties: customers, vendors, employees, and other office-related items. In addition, this person will be ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area to keep the yard stocked, efficiently carry out all orders and logistics of deliveries, managing complaints, managing database and coordinate work with fellow employees. The Office managers should be able to supervise others and have a willingness to use but not misuse power. A good work ethic, showing up on time and staying until the work is complete is also important. We're really seeking someone who has the ability to share information where relevant and help make improvements, show confidence, and the ability to motivate.


  • Open, close, and ensure office is managed and organized.

  • Report up to General Manager about any employees? issues to comply with all company policies & procedures.

  • Ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped with all offuce procedures and information

  • Plan, organize and evaluate all orders and deliveries

  • Initiates escalation as appropriate to ensure GM/Owner is aware of problems that are warranty. Able to know when to alert them of any issues that may arise during the course of normal business.

  • Ensure records are secured and organized and entered correctly to ensure proper billing and filing.

  • Ensure all cash, checks and credit cards (daily receipts are accounted for and ?Checks & Balances? are in place.

  • Order products in a timely manner and keep in touch with vendors

  • A strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of enterprise-wide products and procedures.

  • Calculate and submit timecards timely and accurately with signing off or GM signing.

  • Organize documentation for relevant projects and overseeing to complete task.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 1-2 years minimum working in a fast paced office environment
