Job Description:

Our client based in Durham, NC is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team! The Office Administrator is responsible for a broad variety of support activities to the CEO, Regional Account Manager, and the VP of Finance/Operations. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Bookkeeping responsibilities to include: credit card receipt entry, customer billing and collections, invoice entry, etc.

  • Ordering materials as requested by team members. Identifying and selecting proper items at the best price.

  • Booking travel for team members

  • Physically organizing the office and storage areas and maintaining that organization.

  • Tracking materials required for events and making sure adequate supplies are on-hand.

  • Run local errands - to/from storage unit, shipping/postage, to/from vendors.

  • Data entry - email lists, customer data


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Must have experience with Quickbooks Desktop

    • Must have the flexibility to work in a start-up environment with constantly changing plans and expectations.

    • Be able to work with limited direction.

    • Have reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement for any work use of your personal vehicle.

    • Experience with Google Suite of applications and/or Microsoft Office.

    • Have exceptional organizational skills

    • Be team and detail-oriented

    • Have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool

    • Have experience with Squarespace
