Job Description:

Our client, located in the Raleigh area, is seeking an Office Administrator to add to their team. This position will be responsible for supporting the office staff by performing administrative tasks. This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity.


  • Answer incoming calls, inquiries and voicemails, and directing them to the appropriate staff

  • Complete bank account reconciliations

  • Draft, proof and send out weekly/monthly property blasts

  • Greet business visitors and direct them to the correct staff member

  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail

  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required

  • Maintain office filing and storage systems

  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information

  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

  • Keep office area clean and tidy

  • Review and proof leases, checks and other documents

  • Assist brokerage team in all aspects of leasing, sales, marketing and administration

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
