Network Implementation Manager

Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a motivated and skilled Network Implementation Manager to add to their team! This individual will have the ability and affinity to define, adopt, and refine process-driven workflow and work as part of a high-performing IT Service Delivery team in the telecom management industry. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with an exciting company that offers competitive Benefits and PTO.


  • Collaborate and manage a team of highly motivated individuals.

  • Expert level knowledge of networking, including routing and switching, firewall, and WiFi technologies.

  • Work on a Windows Servers, including AD, Group Policy, file sharing, management, administration, DNS, DHCP, networking, backup and recovery.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues to resolution or engage the proper resources to resolve the problem required.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • MSP experience preferred.


  • Experience with Firewall (SDWAN), Networking/switching and routing, and wireless/wifi.

  • Good experience participating in design and implementation.

  • Expertise in SDWAN, DIA, and IP-based datacomm services.

  • Expert level of knowledge of security concepts including ACLs, sysmon, AV, AS, ATP, IDS, IPS, incident response, and hunting.

  • Knowledge of Windows workstations, including Windows 10 and Server 2016.

  • Familiarity with tools and product stack such as ConnectWise, LabTech, Acronis, VEEAM, FireEye, PassPortal, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, HP hardware, Dell hardware, Synology, etc.

  • Prior experience deploying firewalls and networking equipment for multi-site environments required.
