Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking an upbeat and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team! This individual will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm. This is a very dynamic role, requiring an enthusiastic and adaptable person that is willing to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. If you are looking to build your skills and become a key member to the Greene Team, this role is for you!


Responsibilities:


  • Update social media (Hootsuite/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn)

  • Schedule company meetings, coordinate and share meeting agenda

  • Write, film, edit, and share Hot Job video (Nikon, Adobe Premiere, YouTube, social media)

  • Schedule, write, publish, and share a minimum of two blogs a month (WordPress)

  • Provide speech recommendations for CEO

  • Attend sales meetings, make recommendations on best practices, and share new marketing updates and initiatives

  • Write, design, and share client newsletter (MailChimp, HTML)

  • Assist in creating quarterly business reviews (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Pull reporting on client/contractor survey performance and share with executive team

  • Support planning of company events

  • Attend local marketing trainings through the Raleigh Chamber and American Marketing Association of the Triangle


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree Required


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Interest in photography/videography


Qualifications:


  • Intermediate abilities in Excel, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere), WordPress, SharePoint backend, and MailChimp (not necessarily all, but will need a demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and independently)

  • Advanced abilities in PowerPoint, Word

  • Understands and can implement SEO best practices

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in project management

  • Excellent writing capabilities
