Job Description:

Our client is a full service commercial real estate firm in Raleigh, NC who is seeking a Marketing Assistant to add to their team! This individual would contribute to our client's mission of providing consistent quality results that always exceed expectations. As a Marketing Assistant, you would be a part of a team that works hard and has a high code of ethics and standards and focuses on assisting clients in achieving their strategic objectives. This is a full-time direct hire position with benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide marketing assistance to Brokers.

  • Serve as social media coordinator.

  • Assist with front desk coverage.

  • Create, manage and maintain listing files.

  • Prepare, type and proofread agreements/contracts.

  • Research and target marketing prospects directed by the Brokers using various resources. Create databases in Excel worksheets.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Director or Assistant Marketing Director on listing brochures, creating client tour packages or proposals, etc.

  • Create, maintain, compile, and revise proposals as needed, using Word or Excel. Edit and proof written proposals for grammar, writing style and spelling.

  • Compose, type and edit all types of correspondence, including: emails, letters, earnest money receipts, surveys, thank you notes, letters, faxes, express mail packages and other correspondence as needed.

  • Assist with corrections/additions to the Conference invitation database.

  • Provide support with copying, scanning, etc. Attend educational computer training courses or continuing education courses to maintain your real estate broker license status (if obtained), Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Brokers and Marketing team.

  • Oversee all social media for the company to include Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Write and distribute press releases.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of our client's Annual Conference.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • NC Real Estate License a plus.


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to learn new and proprietary computer programs quickly.

  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy in work production. High attention to detail required and ability to multi-task.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in business environment.

  • Well-developed organization skills. Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent professional interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
