Job Description:

Our client is looking for a passionate and talented Market Research Associate to join their growing team! This role works under the supervision of the Manager of Sales Operations to ensure that the Sales organization is successful in delivering annual sales objectives. This is a full time, contract to hire position based in Raleigh, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct 100+ dials per day against a pre-determined list of companies in order to accurately identify key market research information for use by the Sales Ops and Research teams.

  • Build close partnerships with Sales Ops, Sales Research and Sales Development Teams in order to proactively support their efforts through lead identification, scoring, and verification.

  • Work daily to refine and improve processes to better serve the Sales Organization.

  • Accurately input and manage information in Salesforce during ongoing market research.

  • Provide ongoing operational support and adjust priorities based on business demands.

  • Contribute to an effective team environment with a willingness to work with others to achieve a shared goal.

  • Assist in other projects and day-to-day sales operations tasks as needed.


Education Requirements:


  • BS/BA in related field or equivalent combination of training


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Experience working in groups and in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience making calls is preferred.

    • System knowledge including Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.

    • Ability to handle multiple activities with a short turn-around and work both independently and with a team.

    • Ability to build and foster meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
