Job Description:

Our client, a biomedical distribution team in Wilmington, is searching for an IT Support Technician to provide technical support to their team following the implementation of a new ERP system. This a full-time position with generous compensation. The IT Support Technician role is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to broaden their technical skill sets!


Responsibilities:


  • Support of the company?s ERP system (Epicor E10)

  • Support of the company?s CRM solution (Salesforce.com)

  • Development of reports to provide the business with required information

  • Involvement in IT projects to implement/enhance applications used within the business

  • Day-to-day desktop support to users

  • Maintenance of company's systems/networks to ensure high availability

  • Involvement in IT projects to implement/enhance applications used within the business

  • Management of the company's email systems (Outlook 365)


Education Requirements:


  • Associate degree required

  • Four year degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:


  • A solid understanding of ERP systems/processes (e.g. Epicor, MS Dynamics, SAP Business One, Sage X3) preferred

  • Exposure to Microsoft SSRS or Crystal Reports


Qualifications:


  • Understanding of the concepts of system configuration

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Experience with active directory
