Job Description:

Our client, a managed IT Support Provider, is searching for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join their team. If you have IT experience with a managed services background and a determined mindset to overcome an obstacle, you will enjoy being a part of their fast-paced and dynamic environment. IT Support Technician compensation $40k-$55k plus great benefits.


  • Manage inbound customer Issues.

  • Respond to incoming service requests.

  • Prioritize and Schedule service calls based on case priority and availability.

  • Diagnose PC, Networking, Hardware, and Software problems.

  • Accurately record all time (internal or external).

  • On Call / After Hours Support for our customers.

Education Requirements:

    Desired Background/Skills:

    • CompTIA A+

    • CompTIA Net+

    • CompTIA

    • Security +

    • MSDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

    • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)


    • Exchange Server experience.

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 & 10

    • Server 2012 or 2016

    • Networks: routing and switching

    • Ticketing systems (Autotask or Kaseya)
