Job Description:

Our client, a managed IT Support Provider, is searching for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join their team. If you have IT experience with a managed services background and a determined mindset to overcome an obstacle, you will enjoy being a part of their fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 & 10

  • Exchange Server experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10

  • Server 2012 or 2016

  • Networks: routing and switching

  • Ticketing systems (Autotask or Kaseya)


Education Requirements:



    Desired Background/Skills:


    • CompTIA A+

    • CompTIA Net+

    • ComTIA Security +

    • MCDST

    • MCSA

    • Minimum of 2 years of IT Support Experience
