Integration Specialist


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Integration Specialist to join their team! The Field Success Specialist will be responsible for performing regular training sessions as they relate to the client's proprietary CRM application. This is a full time, Direct Hire position based in Atlanta, GA.


Responsibilities:


  • Learn and understand CRM application as it relates to employee benefits industry

  • Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions online

  • Travel to local offices to conduct group and one-on-one training sessions in person

  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

  • Pull reports and analyze data from CRM application

  • Correct items in database while working with consultants and other departments

  • Terminate policies and accounts in systems based on paperwork received

  • Additional responsibilities assigned by management

  • Support of recent acquisitions & continued follow up support


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Experience in health insurance environment


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Familiar with database applications, a plus.

  • Willing to travel up to 50% or potentially more.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined

  • Positive, upbeat attitude

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
