Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an outgoing and committed Customer Service Representative to join their Insurance team! The Customer Service Representative will work to establish relationships with customers, to follow up with them, and to answer their questions. In this position, you will gain invaluable experience and have the opportunity to grow and advance within the company. The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Position located in Leland NC.


  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.

  • Answer questions about policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Education Requirements:

  • HS Diploma required, College Degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

  • P&C license required. Candidate may obtain the licence once having started the position. The company will reimburse the candidate for the cost of the licence class and examination after the candidate has worked for 90 days with the company.
