HR Systems Coordinator


Job Description:

The HR Systems Coordinator supports the HR strategy through collecting, storing, entering, auditing, and reporting HR information throughout the enterprise by establishing and following HR data standards and governance for HR systems, applications, configurations, processes, reports, and projects. This role will primarily be managing data for hires, terminations and employee changes in the HRIS for employees and managers across the Americas region.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs data entry, analysis, audit and testing to ensure accurate, complete and timely data

  • Participates in providing required data to internal and external systems & vendors

  • Maintains archived data records as required

  • Creates/maintains user guides and documentation governing system processes and data definitions/uses

  • Develops/leads user training

  • Understands the implications of HR data changes on downstream systems & works proactively to prevent problems

  • Creates and runs standard reports

  • Ensures compliance with corporate guidelines regarding employee data including salary changes

  • Participates in providing data for applicable regulatory reporting requirements


Education Requirements:


  • 2 years' experience working with data, analysis, or reporting; or Bachelor's degree and no experience


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Experience with Lawson or Infor Global Human Resources preferred


Qualifications:


  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working in a professional or service environment

  • Has extensive knowledge of HR data & systems' policies and procedures, and determines a course of action based on these guidelines.
