HR Administrator


Job Description:

Our client, located in Racine, WI, is seeking a temporary HR Administrator for their team! This is a short term assignment that will last between 10 - 14 weeks. This individual will be handling most of the administrative duties for the Human Resources team, along with assisting customers and clients. This is a full time, contract opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Short term assignment working 10-14 weeks.

  • Support the HR department.

  • Work at the front desk and intake questions via walk ins and over the phone email.

  • Direct questions and calls to appropriate team members.

  • Ensure customers are followed up with.

  • Great people with professionalism and kindness.

  • Data entry.

  • Filing and organizing.

  • Assist employees with computer usage questions and other administrative support needs from the HR team.


Education Requirements:


  • Associates preferred.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Previous HR and/or payroll experience.

    • Must have excellent administrative skills and ability to multitask.

    • Excellent communicator.

    • Diverse administrative support experience and general familiarity with HR guidelines.
