Housing Program Assistant


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Housing Program Assistant to perform administrative and clerical support functions for the Housing Program. Additionally, this person will monitor call center line and conduct customer intakes.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducts the intake process for program customer, gathering information and answering questions concerning the application process and required materials.

  • Inputs customer information, demographics and appointment information into multiple client management systems. Monitor call center phone line.

  • Orders and maintains a library of workshop materials and office supplies.

  • Responds to customer inquiries, providing information or referring individuals to internal or external services for assistance.

  • Performs administrative and clerical support functions for the Housing Program.

  • Schedules and manages appointment calendar for assigned housing staff.

  • Assists in the development and completion of reports detailing program progress. Track customer satisfaction survey responses.

  • Active participation in staff meetings and conference calls.

  • Where applicable, comply with National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma/GED

    Qualifications:


    • Microsoft Office products and on-line client management systems

    • Problem-solving, arithmetic calculations,

    • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner, both orally and in writing

    • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment working with clients, reviewing files and records, and maintaining a filing system of client records
