Job Description:

Our client, located in the RTP is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support to add to their team! Technology issues of all shapes and sizes present themselves on a daily basis and we need someone who is customer service focused as well as someone who isn't afraid to get into the weeds to setup equipment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity.


  • Provide Level 1 remote support for Microsoft Windows / Office 365 environment and Google Chrome books.

  • Troubleshoot WiFi connectivity issues remotely.

  • Receiving, documenting, and resolving 25 - 40 trouble tickets daily.

  • Imagining new equipment and updating software on existing equipment.

  • Initial setup and support of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Installation and support of computer peripherals and other devices, including VOIP handsets

  • Supporting internal software applications.

  • Active Directory tasks such as resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, and adding/removing group memberships.

  • Training employees on the use of equipment.

  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelore's degree in IT focus Or Equivalent experience.

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Minimum of 5 yrs experience.

    • Desktop, laptop support.

    • Strong customer service skills.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Working knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 as well as a working knowledge of Chrome Books
