Front Desk Receptionist


Job Description:

Our client, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to add to their team! This individual will need to be personable, professional and able to multi-task effectively. This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity that has a pay rate of $12/hr.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage switchboard

  • Professionally screen and direct all calls to appropriate personnel

  • Promptly and professionally greet all guests and job applicants

  • Direct all job applicants to complete paperwork and advise Operations

  • Monitor reception area, sign for deliveries, etc.

  • Open, sort and distribute all incoming mail

  • Order and maintain office supplies, light bulbs, smallwares inventory, etc.

  • General administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning

  • Make sure all weekly paperwork is submitted by Area Supervisors

  • Separate and distribute weekly paperwork to appropriate personnel

  • Maintain EOM royalties spreadsheet on a weekly basis

  • Prepare weekly detailed sales report for CFO

  • Support reconciling credit card statements against receipts / expense reports

  • Support with monthly bank reconciliations as needed

  • Additional projects and assist accounting department as needed


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role

    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills necessary

    • Consistent dependability and punctuality are critical

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
