Job Description:

Our client, located in the Raleigh, NC area, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to add to their team! This individual will manage various projects to support company leadership, specifically our client's CEO. Other responsibilities for the Executive Assistant include coordinating and planning events, preparing various correspondence, and assisting with the research and editing of presentations. This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity.


  • Professionally and effectively communicate with customers, board members, and other key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and walk-in customers.

  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships regarding office related matters.

  • Prepare, research, analyze and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Provide executive support to the board, management, staff, and external contacts in an effort to achieve our client's goals.

  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Aid in the development and implementation of corporate projects.

  • Manage the schedule of the CEO and ensure that conflicts do not arise.

  • Efficiently compose executive correspondence and other communications.

  • Assists in organizing travel arrangements for Executives and CEO.

  • Attend and take notes during committee and staff meetings.

  • Assist with compilation, development, review, and monitoring of an annual budget.

Education Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business administration or related field.

Desired Background/Skills:


    • 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point, ect.).

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to independently resolve problems.

    • Experience with project management.

    • Able to effectively multi-task.
