Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Our Client in Raleigh, NC is in need of an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! The role of Executive Administrative Assistant is to support the Business Development Department; assisting the team in all administrative, information gathering and logistic tasks, among other responsibilities. To develop processes and procedures to create a process driven department. This is a full time, contract-to-hire role!


  • Utilize SalesForce.com to document all Business Development activities

  • Track sales activity for the field representatives on a daily basis

  • Maintain databases and generate regular reporting

  • Create presentations

  • Assists with quote generation

  • Responsible for working with analyst to formalize and prepare presentation for potential customers

  • Gather and keep all information from finance, operations and other areas of the business.

  • Maintain Business development Directors/VP calendars

  • Responsible for travel arrangement for all members of Business Development department

  • Responsible for scheduling and arranging potential customers/customer meetings at Corporate office

  • Ensure meeting place is prepared, food ordered (if necessary), all travel arrangements are prepared and boarding tickets printed, etc.

  • Provide exceptional service to customers

  • Manage meeting arrangements and logistics

  • Responsible for creating and managing all non-disclosure agreements

  • Work on multiple projects and multi-task constantly

  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality and understand that information will not be shared outside of the department

  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
