Due to continued growth, Greene Resources is seeking a Director of Recruiting for our MSP and VMS divisions. This position will provide recruiting strategy leadership, process oversight, and implementation of best practices. The Director of Recruiting will successfully manage setting goals to fill high volume positions against a timeline with the highest quality candidates holding recruiters accountable for reaching metrics. The Director of Recruiting will work closely with clients and the client development team.


  • Lead a team of Recruiters and support staff in reaching individual and team goals

  • Provide strategic direction in recruiting best practices to identify talent for a variety of industries

  • Meet with on-site team leadership to understand client recruiting needs and determine appropriate recruiting strategy

  • Develop weekly and daily recruiting goals and follow up with individual recruiters to address and provide guidance to challenges that may arise

  • Implement recruiting best practices and ensure SOP's are being followed appropriately

  • Develop recruiting benchmarks and hold recruiters accountable for meeting recruiting metrics

  • Determine skillsets that require a pipeline of talent

  • Provide continued training and development on recruiting tools and search and selection strategies

  • Attend client meetings and maintain relationships with select current clients

Education Requirements:

    Desired Background/Skills:


      • 2-3 years of management or team lead experience in the recruiting industry

      • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with high volume roles

      • Demonstrated experience setting recruiting goals and holding recruiters accountable for reaching these goals

      • Proven success rapidly building rapport with customers and employees

      • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

      • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and email communication

      • Strong internet search capabilities and knowledge of relevant software packages.
