Digital Marketing Coordinator


Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing software team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing various digital marketing assets that support growth and expansion of our software products and services. You will work with different teams to coordinate digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote, drive new sales leads, and increase customer engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate demand for our products.

  • Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation.

  • Develop our digital presence to boost brand awareness and drive leads.

  • Effectively allocate budget to optimize lead generation channels.

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure qualification process is maintained.

  • Communicate digital marketing effectiveness to the management team.


Education Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, information science or other related fields.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • 2-3+ years of software marketing experience.

  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation software like Mautic, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.

  • Previous experience working with Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy.


Qualifications:


  • Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM).

  • Understanding of digital campaign analytics, reporting, and project management.

  • Ability to learn quickly and to understand our products, customers, and the data provider market at a deep technical level.

  • High energy and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Excellent writing skills for a number of mediums and marketing channels, including print marketing collateral, website copy, email and social media content.

  • Basic HTML and CSS experience, for both web pages and emails.
