Customer Support Admin


Job Description:

Our client, a top accreditor in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Support Admin to join their team! The Customer Support Admin will assist Account Advisors and customers with regulatory inquiries and customer retention. This is a full time, contract to hire position based in Cary, NC.


Responsibilities:


  • Regulatory Documentation: Location Changes, Multiple Site Additions, Service Additions, Change of Ownerships, Administration Changes

  • Processing survey results/mailing out survey documentation

  • Renewal and Mid-cycle calls to ensure customer compliance and retention

  • Customer service support

  • Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or an administrative support role.

    • Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook (good working knowledge)

    • Have excellent customer service skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
