Customer Success Specialist


Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Client Success Specialist who will manage client accounts, implement online product demos, and provide world-class support to help our clients achieve their business goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Successfully manage and coordinate client needs to ensure overall client satisfaction

  • Work with subject matter experts, in-house and remotely, to offer best in class services

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as needed to the technical support team

  • Review client reports and make needed improvements

  • Initiate daily, weekly, and monthly client calls

  • Work closely with internal team members to develop internal processes

  • Work with vendor partners to gather relevant info needed for sales quotes

  • Coordinate demos for prospects and customers


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related areas.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    • Two (2) years of client-facing experience with demonstrated dedication to clients and problem solving

    • Pass G Suite Certified Sales Specialist exam within 30 days of hire date
